Sunshine Team
Topsfield Council on Aging volunteers visit local nursing homes and private homes in order to bring some “Sunshine” into an elder's day. A small gift is delivered to the elder receiving a visit from a Sunshine volunteer. The Betty Wogan Memorial Fund sponsors this program.
